DOVER, Del., Jan. 6, 2021 — Facing a break of 11 days between games, the Delaware State women’s basketball team has added a Saturday contest at Drexel to its schedule. The Lady Hornets and Dragons are scheduled to tip-off at 2:00 p.m. at Drexel’s Daskalakis Athletic Center in Philadelphia.
Delaware State (2-3; 1-1 MEAC) is coming off a 60-45 victory at Coppin State on Jan. 5. Prior to scheduling the contest against Drexel, the Lady Hornets’ next game was set for Jan. 16 at home against Morgan State.
Drexel, a member of the Colonial Athletic Association, is 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the CAA.
